Buddy Club signup
Email address only, with your express consent.

Whatever you send us, kept to resolve your issue.
Analytics
Privacy-friendly, cookieless page statistics (Plausible or Umami). No cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.
Limits
What we do not collect.
We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers.
On the device
Your Buddy and your data.
Your Buddy processes its configuration on the device. Wi-Fi models fetch time and weather; no personal data leaves the device for these features. The Voice tier runs its language model on the device by default. Any cloud processing is strictly opt-in, and local memory can be wiped by voice command or by button.
Your rights
Your rights.
Under Canada's PIPEDA, you may request access to your personal information, corrections, or deletion. Contact [email protected] [CONFIRM: privacy contact]. If we ship to Quebec, Quebec Law 25 applies, including the right to data portability and the requirement to report confidentiality incidents.
Retention and security
Retention.
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Buddy Club emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept for 2 years.
Security.
Encrypted backups, access limited to the people who build your Buddy, no personal data in logs. See our security notes in the site documentation.
