12-month limited warranty. No lifetime promises; just a clear one. [CONFIRM: warranty length]
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in parts and labour for 12 months from delivery.
- Dead on arrival: full replacement or refund within 14 days.
- Failed factory-tested components: display, buttons, sensors, buzzer, Wi-Fi module, power input.
What is not covered
- Damage from drops, spills, pets, or power supplies other than 5V USB-C.
- Units opened or modified by anyone other than us.
- Normal wear: minor scuffs on the PLA body, buzzer volume drift, RTC battery after 2 years.
- Pre-order and coming-soon features until they ship.
How to make a claim
Email [email protected] with your order number, a description, and a photo or short video. We reply within two business days. Approved claims are repaired or replaced; if we cannot repair it, we refund the tier price.
Extended warranty
A second year of coverage is available as a $25 add-on at configuration time.
