Shipping.
- Canada-wide tracked shipping. Rates are calculated before payment; estimates run about $14 to $22 depending on distance. [CONFIRM: shipping rates]
- Free local pickup in Halifax, Nova Scotia, by appointment.
- Buddies are made to order; shipping starts after your unit passes factory testing. Current lead time is 2 to 3 weeks. [CONFIRM: lead time]
- Every parcel is packed in protective packaging and insured to its order value.
Returns
Returns.
- Defects and dead on arrival: report within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We repair, replace, or refund, your choice.
- Made-to-order standard tiers: because each Buddy is built for you, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once printing has begun.
- Custom tier: final once you approve the design and quote, unless we fail to deliver what was agreed.
- Pre-order features: if a pre-order feature is cancelled before your unit ships, you may remove it for a refund of its price or cancel the whole order.
